The merchant is Green Travel doo, and the customer is a visitor to these pages who fills out an electronic order and makes payment via one of the credit cards.
Ordering conditions
The customer can receive an offer for the desired services in the form of a PDF document, and upon request via one of the “Contact forms” or at info@vize.ba.
Terms of payment
The ordered services are paid ONLINE according to the proforma invoice delivered to the customer using one of the following credit cards: Mastercard, Maestro or Visa.
All ONLINE payments on the VIZE.ba page are made exclusively in EUR currency.
Delivery conditions
Due to the nature of the business, VIZE.ba does not deliver any ordered services to the customer, i.e. after the ONLINE payment has been made.
After the ONLINE payment of the ordered services has been made by the customer, an E-mail with the details of the payment/transaction will be sent to the customer as a confirmation of the payment/transaction.
After receiving this confirmation of the transaction, the merchant undertakes to additionally inform the customer (by e-mail or telephone) about the payment made within a period of 5 (five) working days.
Complaint conditions
The customer can send a complaint request if there is a payment error. All other complaints are handled according to the provisions of Green Travel.

Security of card payments via the Internet
The confidentiality of your data is protected and ensured by the use of TLS encryption. Online payment pages
are secured using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit
data encryption. SSL encryption is the process of encrypting data to prevent unauthorized access
during its transmission.
This enables safe transfer of information and prevents unauthorized access to data during
communication between the user’s computer and the WebPay service, and vice versa.
The WebPay service and financial institutions exchange data using a virtual private network (VPN),
which is protected against unauthorized access.
Monri Payment Gateway is certified according to PCI DSS Level 1 security standard prescribed by
Visa and Mastercard rules.
The merchant does not store credit card numbers and the numbers are not accessible to unauthorized persons.

This site may use social networking applications or services that allow you to share content with other users (including social networking applications). Any personal data or other information you may share through social networking applications may be read, collected or used by other users of social networking applications over whom we have no control whatsoever.
